Reservations are not required, and walk-ins are accepted!

We do recommend reservations as we tend to get busy during peak business hours and wait times can occur. SafeHouse Chicago is currently accepting reservations through OpenTable.

If you are looking to book a reservation for more than 6 spies, please contact your Service Agents at SafeHouse Chicago at 312-313-1007.

For private parties and special events, please email sales@safehousechicago.com and a Service Agent will get back to you.

Why do you require everyone from my party to be present before being seated?

SafeHouse Chicago is a popular hideout and we have a wait on most weekends. We need to be fair to all operatives waiting for a table.

Do you offer something special to celebrate an agent's birthday or other milestone event?

Sign up for our V.I.O. Club to receive exclusive birthday offers, like free drinks, desserts, and more. We also offer a special interrogation for Adult Agents, including the Hail to the Chief or Her Majesty's Secret Service.

Where can I park?

There are numerous parking lots and structures surrounding SafeHouse Chicago including a parking garage located adjacent to the AC Hotel on the corner of Rush and Ontario. Many operatives choose to use Spot Hero to find nearby street parking.

Can I bring my kids/grandkids to SafeHouse?

Of course! Junior Spies are more than welcome to explore SafeHouse Chicago and embark on fun missions.

Please note that we are 21+ after 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a cover charge to enter SafeHouse Chicago?

We do not charge a cover for agents looking to gain entry.

Will there be a wait to be seated?

SafeHouse Chicago is a hot spot hideout for secret agents on the weekend. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, but you should expect a wait on Friday and Saturday nights. Don't worry, though, a wait may be the perfect time to explore SafeHouse Chicago and discover spy secrets.

Although we accept walk-ins, we do encourage making a reservation for your nest of spies through OpenTable.

Do I need to know the password to get in?

Spies who know the password are allowed immediate access. If an agent doesn't know the password, they must complete a fun clearance test to prove they're a friendly spy. No friendly agent has ever been turned away...

What's the password for entry?

Classified information like that won't come so easily. To learn such high priority intel, you'll need to find a trustworthy source.
